Weight Training
Our weight training programme caters for all level and all age groups depending on interest and goal. Starting with Goal setting in exercise; introduction to strength training; nutritional support for exercise and etc, below are the stages of the programme:
Weight training for beginners

This starts with basic principles of strength training, which is the basis of learning about the rules and guidelines for working with weights aka Weight Lifting.

It starts with a program that works all muscle groups 1 to 3 non-consecutive days a week.

Warm up with 5-10 minutes of light cardio or with warm up sets of each exercise using a light-medium weight.
Weigh training for intermediary
This is suitable for people with previous weight training experience but has been out of training for more than six (6) months.
Weight training for advanced
Advanced stages training is for people who have been on training for a more than 12 month and are familiar with all the rules and requirements.
The advanced weight training program is recommended for bodybuilders and athletes who wish to gain muscle and workout at a high intensity level. The training is spread into 3, 4-5 sessions, with a with at least 24 hours rest between each one. Our trainers will provide you training programme to suite your routine by choosing an exercise combination our training programme.
