What is non contact boxing? As the name suggests it's boxing where you don't get hit!
Instead students will hit special padded gloves and punch bags, and practice shadow boxing techniques.
Non-contact boxing is a very physical workout which includes a mixture of balance, quick movement and focus.

Health-wise, it will not only help in tackling weight and fitness issues, but it is has a long term fitness benefit; the process helps develops the critical strength and cardio vascular conditions that dramatically improve health, i.e., high levels of fitness reduce two of the top adverse health conditions in the world: heart attack and strokes.
Current government recommendation is that everyone does at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity 5 times a week or 20 minutes of vigorous activity 3 times a week.
Activity is vigorous when you are (at least) slightly out of breath or breaking into sweat. The same activities are moderate if they not make you out of breath or sweat.
